My name is Dr Reznik, and I am Sarah Lacklan's psychiatrist. As an anger management exercise, I have instructed Mrs. Grey-Lacklan to, instead of letting tiny issues ruin her day, write down incidents which bother her, as well as how they make her feel, so that we may file them away for later reflection. What lies before you is a collection of these notes, mostly written on a scrap of paper and then neatly folded, which would otherwise have "triggered" my patient in an outbreak of screaming, yelling, stomping her feet, throwing her shoes, or would otherwise be involved in a tantrum, though she is loath for me to use that word.

The STUPID barista at my STUPID Starbucks spelled my name COMPLETELY WRONG. It was SO WRONG that I didn't even HEAR THEM CALL MY NAME and BECAUSE of that, my venti iced caramel macchiato with whipped cream upside was NO LONGER UPSIDE DOWN and all the caramel FELL TO THE BOTTOM and it was NOT DRINKABLE in any way WHATSOEVER. How in the HELL did you get "Sara" from my name?! GOD. That is SO wrong and NOWHERE close to how to spell my name and it RUINED my morning coffee. God, I HATE peasants!
