I joined and can't immediately see a chat or anything to ask questions, so i'll ask here

On my character sign up it asked if it wanted to be in weekly Saturday show or bi weekly Wednesday from drop down. I picked Saturday but on the calendar this month there's only 1 Saturday show and it's already got the card up. Am i missing something?

Can you link me to a page that explains "X-bucks" and basically a more detailed description of how things work? I've never been on this kind of forum before and it's gonna take a bit of getting used to

Is there a reason the forum isn't linked in the site homepage? like at the top of the page it has loads of links but none for the forum i could see, i had to link through to someones latest RP and use the navigation at the top to get to the forum home page. Or is it linked and i'm just totally missing it?

The shows have opt in threads where you need to let the management team know in advance that you would like to be booked on the next show.

There are also various opt ins for PPV and Shove it cards. Anarchy on the other hand actually has a dedicated roster and to be on that show, you just need to contact Vinnie Lane and let him know that you would like to be a part of it.

Xbux's aren't really used much anymore. They used to be used to buy match stips and stuff, and even further back than that, they were used to determine contention to the various titles. Now a days, they are pretty much just used to buy fake merch, or pay Thunder knuckles to job to you.

As far as a link to the forums on the main page, it's there, but not really marked in any way for a new user to figure it out. Just click the XWF logo at the top of the page and it will take you to the main index of the forums.

Ahh, so if it's opt in there's no real feuds or angles? since you never know when they'll be an opt in? Anarchy sounds much more what i was looking for.

You’re responsible for your own angle and feuds here. Contact someone and work on something.

oh wow. Okay, so the writers don't place you in angles ever? That's different to what i was looking for i think. I like to work to my own recognizance, but if there's no direction or surprises then it's not fully engaging for, me, because i always know whats going to happen.

Anarchy is pretty dope, but keep in mind that it has a rp limit of 1 rp with a word limit of 1000 words. That being said, it's a fantastic show for a newcomer to get a feel for the fed.

We can certainly always help in building stories for you, kinda nudging people towards each other and things like that. But in general it all just flows kind of loosely.

Savage USED to be weekly, but people seemed to want everything to go bi-weekly so that's what we did.

maybe we could make x-bux more meaningful by returning to sellling items for use in matches, or maybe at least title shots mayhapz?? .-.
