So, SURPRISE! Fuzz isn't the one leaving...I AM!

Yes, I'm pulling the trigger on it. I know I've hinted at it here and there on Discord and the like, but with the end of my most recent Uni Title reign I'm retired from efedding now. Like for real this time, so no I will not be coming back under the radar with another time hopping gender fluid assassin. I know some people might think it's a shitty time for me to go, Madison just won March Madness, etc....etc.... but the fact is there is ALWAYS more feuds, more angles yadda, yadda, and eventually you just have to wrap it up and call it a day.

I've been here for almost 3 years straight. It's unquestionably my longest run in any fed ever, and probably the one I'm most proud of. It was a blast. Truly. It has also worn me out.

I want to thank all the great handlers and staff I've worked with over the years here who made my run here so enjoyable, and gave me opportunities to run with the ball with my incessant weirdness when other places wouldn't. The community here is so vibrant and is truly second to none. In the immoral words of the Golden Girls theme song, "thanks for being a friend."

I'll likely still drop by on Discord from time to time, and I might post something later explaining The Engineer's absence going forward. I also will take a "never say never" attitude when it comes to one off reunion shows if such a thing transpires and I am invited.

No one really leaves

It's sad to see you go but I can definitely understand it. I'm really glad we got the chance to work together. Your ability to tell a captivating story while pushing many boundaries and thinking outside the box is truly one that should be treasured here. Comedy, drama, action, sex scenes, sci fi... you nail them all flawlessly. You're one of the most confident writers I've known, never afraid to let creativity lead the way where others may have been hesitant. I've enjoyed our strategizing and discussions/planning. You really go all in and play the game well, from top to bottom. Thanks for giving me a chance to show you I can be fun to work with, despite me having been kind of an asshole when you were new here.

To give more of an appropriate response -

I've been probably the biggest Engy stan since the day you first joined. Theo and Shane can both attest to the way I drooled over your writing from the start. I wasn't a huge fan of the Lux stuff, but I did like the way it all eventually coalesced into one big story. As Shane said above, you did a lot of great character work through a ton of different genres and lenses. Always a great read, whether it was funny or serious or both in the same piece.

I get it though, it gets tiring. I was joking earlier when I said no one really leaves, but it's also partially true. We linger. We have some bizarre fetish for this game and this place and we always stay in the orbit. Shit, Theo's left like three times. I think twice by his own choice!

Nah, you know I hearts and stars you, man and outta XWF, you are probably one of the few driving sources that pushed me to stick to it. No joke. You helped me through some tough times and good times, and all was appreciated. You cheerleadered all the way. With a revolving cast of others but you stayed true and I appreciate it. You are literally, the only person who has ever given me credit for an idea for an rp, so that rocks too. All around, you are an amazing person and it sux balls to see ya go, but you gotta do what you gotta do and I hope you have nothing but happiness. You, my friend, deserve that and more. I figured you did. And it looks amazing on paper. But like I said, "there's always another match around the corner" and eventually you just have to stop somewhere and that somewhere is here, unfortunately.

But for real, Engy and Big I don't ever recall having matches with either of you both, but from what i've seen y'all made some intriguing stories that would captivate these folks on here, lowkey wish I was on that level but it's dub tho.
