Well, after you post an RP, and your opponent points things you said out, changing it hurts you. I do know the situation with the change, but not everyone does. Posting longer RPs, it's quality over quantity, but it's hard to be amazing in 400 words. Do some Character Development in your stories, don't just do trash. And always, use the past as a weapon if you can. If you know something about an opponent, like for instance that AIDs lost most of its matches, you can throw that up. You type on a computer, phone, or tablet?

As you will undoubtedly hear from many women throughout your life - you need more length.
It's hard to develop a compelling story in only a paragraph or two, you know? Also, if you want to compete with the best here, you'll need to show up more. Especially if you stick with smaller roleplays.
To Frodo: I tried that and will try again in the next rp. I use a Surface tablet, so it's a matter of which one I wanna use that day.
To Loverboy: I have been trying typing on my school given iPad at lunch, so length shouldn't be a problem anymore. Also, "They're only noodles, Michael."
