I just want to make a mention to all the newcomers that make their way into XWF and even some of the veterans as well. I know it's amazing and fun to create multiple characters and sign up for multiple shows when you jump right in. Because there is so much action going on all over the site. But if you really want to go far in XWF and see where you can reach your ultimate peak, the best thing to do is to focus as much of your attention to one character and one show.
If you want to create another minor character to participate in the other show that's opposite your major character then that's fine and many people have a lot of fun and succeed very well with their major character when they do this. I've done it before and still do from time to time, nobody will know my minor character! lol Lots of people do that and have a good time. But the thing about XWF is, that we have the best competition in e-fedding, and if you want to test your writing and see how well you can compete with the other writers here then keep a one track focus and don't overkill yourself with multiple characters and signing up with multiple shows and overdoing yourself. I find that the more time and focus you spend on a specific character and his stories, the more quality you produce in your role plays as opposed to the quantity you try to overproduce and burn yourself out by overdoing yourself.
Everyone is here to just have fun, so if you want to write 666 different characters and sign up for every show and that keeps you entertained then by all means nobody will stop you and your welcome to always continue enjoying yourself this way as long as your not no showing with said characters. But I just wanted to make a suggestion to Kitt here and many others that might be realizing this same thing. Just don't overkill yourself Kitt, because that's how we all get writers block. When you try to force ideas. Writing is more creative and easier to come from the imagination when your not trying to force it, and in my case smoke endless amounts of marijuana..
