aa"Malaka!" Jacob cried with adolescent rage. The expletive was foreign to his American tongue and it was evident the Greek word didn't belong. He had heard her say it though and picked it up for his own use when around untrained ears. Especially the ears of his mother. It thrilled Jscob to sometimes to use the language and watch her face light the brightest of reds, watch her try and google translate. For Jscob, it was one of the few benefits of being around Atara. She was still the Greek whore keeping his family apart though, just a little more tolerable Greek whore.
aaHis anger had been directed at the TV in front of him and it's continual insistence on not displaying the desired virtual visuals Shawn Warstein's youngest son had hoped to see. The boy had been struck an by unbearable case of boredom and had only wanted to play some video games to pass the time. A typical occurence for someone his age, always looking for stimulation from one source or another, but seemed more frequent on his weekends with Shawn. The house was void of it's usual occupants, save the whore downstairs, so Jacob was left to his own devices. His system seemed fucked however.
aaHe had tried DOOM first but it resembled nothing of the shooter the world was familiar with. Instead of hellish landscapes, demons, and all the gore his mind could fathom, Jacob was instead met with machine gun wielding kittens and a female PC who would not budge when he input the controllers demand. His first thought had been that the bitch downstairs had swapped Jacob's disk with another, a shot fired as part of their silent war against one another, but he quickly recalled the game was downloaded. Atty had little technical savvy, this Jacob knew, so there was no way she hacked an entire system and created her own game. Weird shit always happened in this house, he couldn't sure, so exercised caution before planning retaliation and opted to try something first.
aaMario it would be. Jacob knew of the gamecbecause who didn't. He had played a few versions himself but the original was way too before him. A relic from the past that Jacob had heard only his father and older half brother talk about with any real enthusiasm. They had suggested it to him once, even getting him a copy as gift, but it had largely sat collecting dust than play time. It seemed a little a childish to him, Jacob couldn't see what could fun about an Italian plumber or understand the concept of how a plumber was paired with a princess. Despite the vast library at his hands, he had little choice. Everything else had lost it's luster and there was no way he was getting sucked back into Fortnite. The playthrough was quick and being unfamiliar with the game, he didn't realise it had been glitched to. Surprisingly, it had still been tons better and more fun than Doom. His frustrations came in the second attempt to playthrough the game and the sudden disappearance of it's hero's from the screen.
aaJacob had tried everything to reset it right but to no avail, failure each time. Defeated, he was left yet again for something to occupy himself with. He had considered watching a movie he recently heard about. Some romantic comedy starring Thunder Knuckles and Robbie Bourbon. Two of his favorite XWF wrestlers, Jacob suspected that movie had to be all kinds of fun. Those two guys were super talented, funny, that always delivered on camera. Then it struck him that it was a romantic comedy and immediately that thought was tossed from his mind. It was pointless at this point and he had given up hope. Jacob had started out of his bedroom when in the corner of his eye he caught the all to familiar blue of a Playstation case hidden beneath a dresser.
aaIt wasn't one of his, Jacob knew. He took full stock almost daily because people here liked to pull pranks. It had to be left over from the room's former occupant, the recently moved out Noah Jackson, Jacob's half brother. If was Noah's like he suspected, Jacob assumed it had to be good. On all fours he dug the case out before turning over in his hands to examine it. Back and cover had largely been blacked out crudely with permanent marker, the disk much the same. Jacob had found though a small note attached inside with with Noah's handwriting.


aaThis only added to Jacob's curiosity. Noah was hardly bashful so his sibling couldn't possibly imagine what he would have to hide. Immediately he set to gtting the game setup and with the power of fiction was able to bypass the lengthy download times. Hunched over at his body's end, controller in hand, Jacob watched and waited for his TV to spring to life. Black at first, the pink silhouette of a woman appeared outlined on the screen followed by the opening production team logos. It went black again and suddenly a throaty moan blared from his speakers sending Jacob in embarassed rush to get the volume turned down. He looked to the door paranoid the whore had heard and waited before continuing. Confident Atty was none the wiser he turned back to the TV he pressed the volume up so just that he could ear. Still watching the door with no result of Atara, Jacob finally looked at the screen....
