As night three is upon us, the young Detective David Mills is following along behind Frank Underwood who is rehearsing over his presidential speech in a few days after this retreat. David Mills hears something behind him. He whips around to see nothing but night air and the moon hanging high in the air. They continue walking and that’s when they pass by a little storage building. The door is open but Frank Underwood pays it no attention. Detective Mills passes by at a bit of a distance and thoroughly scans it for signs of life.



CRACK!




The metallic pistol cracks him over the nose as blood begins to pour from it. Mills curses at his busted nose and looks up.

“I know you looked into me. You don’t think we had a tail on you as well? Looks like you played your cards and I’m showing mine. Too bad it won’t matter in about oh…”

The hooded man pulls back his arm to reveal a watch.

“…20 seconds.”

“I looked into you. I know what you are. I could ruin it all.”

Det. Mills holds up a gigantic older cell phone and pulls the antennae up on it. The hooded man laughs while holding his gun steady on him.

“What a joke, man! Drop the phone.”

“No, I’m going to tell Frank Underwood at least. He’ll know what to do.”

“Yeah… that’s not going to happen.”



BANG! BANG! BANG!



Detective Mills falls to the ground in a bloody heap after three slugs are loaded into him. Frank Underwood hears the commotion and comes running back over. The hooded man is nowhere to be seen. A brief choking heard from the treeline. The body tries to approach the scene but finds secret security to be far too full in this small quadrant. He elects to leave the scene instead.




Elsewhere…




The sound of light snoring comes from the bed of one of the residents for this week. The rustling of leaves outside the window wakes the man from slumber as he jolts up. He looks around his darkened room frantically before finally calming down.

“Must have… must have been my imagination.”

The man leans over and turns on the small lamp beside his bed to reveal Ellis Boyd ‘Red’ Redding. He yawns and stands up before walking over to the small window. He raises it up and takes in some fresh air to calm his nerves.


SNIKT!


A razor blade slices his throat and the man is pulled out of the window onto the lawn where he lands with a thud. The hand reaches into the blood and carefully writes the number “2.”

With the Sheriff being dead, I can safely assume that Dim is in fact mafia.

I agree with Lane. Lynch Sword. He went right after Hooded Man at the beginning and so did Morbid. Morbid was Mafia Hitman. Morbid and Hooded Man are now dead... So I think Sword is Godfather. He ordered Morbid to kill Hooded Man. And the only reason Sword wants me out is because I wanted to lynch him yesterday.

Yeah after reviewing this thread lynching Sword seems the way to go.

Doc's the serial killer

I vote Yellow Sword, sticking with my original vote from last time. Don't trust any of you fools but Yellow Sword the least.

I have it on good authority that Doc is the serial killer. Remember that.

How do you have it on good authority? If you explain maybe we could change our votes. But before you just changed your mind and said Doc's the serial killer with no explanation.

As the sun is about to set, the group of remaining people get together and begin talking everything over. J talks to Tom Hanks, Frank Underwood, Phil Wenneck, Jerry Maguire, and Edward ‘Teddy’ Daniels in the backyard of the main building of the estate where most of them sleep.

“So yeah, Phil. Where you been man? Apparently you’ve been wandering around at night? You and another guy who still hasn’t been identified.”

“What? That’s crazy man. You think I’m responsible for all of that shit?”

“I don’t think, punk. I know so.”

Phil Wenneck bows up before stepping in close to J who cocks his head sideways with a smirk on his mouth.

“Oh? Are you threatening me?”

“No way man. Just wondering why you have blood on your sleeve.”

Phil looks down to reveal that some of the blood had hooked onto his sleeve cuff. He looks back up and J is smirking and cocks an eyebrow at him. Phil turns to high tail it but Frank Underwood stands in his way. He kisses his ring before decking Phil! Phil falls to the ground and J pulls out the gun from the waistband of Phil. He motions for the boys to move out of the way and he unloads a couple of slugs to the chest.


BANG! BANG!


J and the rest begin celebrating as they walk away from the gory scene. All except for one who walks towards the dead corpse. A whistling ensues once more. He leans down and Teddy’s face comes into picture.

“Oh what a silly thing to be dead and killed by friends. Then again, you aren’t a friend, are you? Then again… neither am I.”

Teddy stands up and laughs before turning around and walking away, but not before using the blood from his chest to write the number “3” on Phil's forehead.

Dim's the Godfather now, don't forget. Kill him and you'll only have to worry about the serial killer.

We don't really know that for a fact Lane. What we know for sure is that the serial killer is here and one last mafia member remains. Now, even if someone was consig it wouldn't be a smart move to vote to lynch the Godfather, i's just making things harder for himself. So maybe the people who didn't vote for Yellow Sword are mafia. Well, one of them.

He was trying to throw the trail off of himself.

Look - there were two nights that someone 'choked' while trying to spy on someone else. Only two people are capable of that and one of them is dead.

The other one was Dim.

Now he's been promoted, and he will kill you if you don't kill him first. I'm almost certainly dead unless I got protected.

Well honestly man, you're trying to do the same thing you're accusing Dim of doing. Trying to throw the trail off yourself, hell it's what everyone is trying to do, get people off your back so you don't get lynched.

Also, Trax has been super quiet. Only coming in for votes. Might mean nothing but just putting it out there.

Trax might be the killer, but he's not the mafia.

As the moon is clouded, lightning strikes across the sky. Rain has yet to fall but thunder and lightning are filling the air on this night. Outside of the building, Teddy Daniels is looking at the only light on. A big smile spreads across his face. As he enters the building, J follows closely behind him with a curious look on his face. J goes to open the door in pursuit of Daniels, but the door is slammed shut.

J turns around in surprise only to be met with the barrel of a gun.

“Mama always said life is like a box of chocolates…”


CLICK… CLICK…. BANG!


J falls to the ground as a bloody stump of a head is left.


“…you never know what you’re gonna get.”


Forrest Gump looks at the gun and puts it in his pants before walking away.




ELSEWHERE…




The scene changes to reveal Frank Underwood sitting at a desk examining some paperwork. He’s also on the phone.

“Yes Mister Daniels, I assure you that I will win the candidacy for the Democratic party. Yes I will tell Claire you said hello. Now buhbye.”

He hangs up the phone before looking into the camera.

“Sometimes it’s not about being the man but letting them hear what they want to hear in order to give you what you want. Perhaps I should get to the bottom of this murder spree. I won’t lie and say it isn’t a little exciting. More than a meeting with that ludicrous Vice President of mine.”

Mr. Underwood goes to the door to the right of him but it won’t budge. He looks confused. He goes across the room for the other door when it opens. A dead body falls through the doorway as it happens. Standing over the body is the gleaming face of Edward “Teddy” Daniels. He walks through the doorway with a large blade. Frank throws a book at Edward only to be parried. Edward walks toward him and Frank begins crying out.

“Security! Get in here! HELP! This fucker is threatening your president.”

“The problem is…”

Teddy slices his throat with one vicious strike. Frank’s eyes bulge out as he falls down.

“… I voted Republican.”

Teddy runs his fingers through the blood draining from Frank’s throat and carefully draws a number “4” on the wall. He whistles as he does it. Teddy smiles and begins to laugh a deep, grotesque laughter.

Lane was willing to blow his cover just to prove that I was in the mafia and was correct in leading the way with his theory on Sword. Its just too bad he didnt convince them good enough the first time you guys had sword nominated. How do you think he figured it out?He stayed on me which prevented me from doing my job until sword ate shit and I finally got my first kill.
