Thank Callaway for the loss. She was the one who fucking beat you. I know Heyman is the guy who judged it that way and wrote up the match, but Callway put up the work that beat yours. It still seems like you're hung up on the outcomes being pre-determined, which they aren't. Not actively trying to be a dick this time, just felt like clarifying.

I don't think Ms. Diaz was attempting to be negative. I could see, and so can others, why she'd say this. You do have a tendancy to blame the Madness GM for your losses, rather then admitting that your opponent, at least that particular week, was just better than you.

With that said, you're right. This kind of thing could breathe new life into Ion. Your work on the news/rumors board where you were fullfilling your tasks was entertaining. If you were to turn those into roleplays the only thing I'd change is that you should be a litle more in depth. Get familiar with some of these characters that Ion is interacting with.
