Perhaps it was the innate survival instincts embedded into the dna of every human or the fear of never seeing Ismini and James. Maybe it was the taste of her own firing those predatory and honed muscle and bone trained to break limb from limb or maybe it was simply the pure adulterated raging bitch triggered by the insinuation she would ever look wanton at Edward. Forgotten by evolution and not even the alpha of his one man tribe. A subhuman waste of breath who's only value was his newfound ability to bury the even less evolved in his endless pit of bullshit.

The muscles in Atara's necked tensed and become hard as the Greek Marble that would be used in the immaculate structures this prehistoric battle would inspire. Edwina's malnourished and stone pebble battered teeth chipped and shattered as she yelped in the pain.

She was mortal trying to slay divinity. Heaven could not be conquered so easily. The Goddess threw her legs out and forced upper body off the ground with a force Edwina's already buried nails couldn't grapple with.
