Is anyone here able to make gifts by chance? I'm looking for some help with a banner, but the gif software that I used to use isn't compatible with windows 10.

ANIMATION SHOP WHY HAVE YOU FORSAKEN ME!?!

If anyone can point me to some decent gif creation software that will allow me to take a video and convert it, it would be much appreciated!
