Edward Mof - pro wrestling agent/dating coach, paces the interior hallway of a modest apartment. The door at the end of the hallway is shut. Mof is busy gnawing at the lone remaining nail belonging to his left hand. Distraught, he reaches to knock at the door...he hesitates, concerned over the consequences. A loud buzz catches his attention...he hustles down the hallway into the kitchen, locating THE WIZARD'S phone. How do we know it's the Wizard's phone? Because it has a tiny beard hanging from the bottom and a magical hat poking from the top. Mof narrows his eyes, sharpens his vision and glances at the latest text message.

"JOIN BOB"

Edward Mof: Who is Bob and what does he want my client to join?

Mof marches down the hallway with more conviction. He knocks on the closed door.

Edward Mof: Hey...I know you're in there and, well, have been in there since we returned from Relentless. But, you, umm, got a text message from someone named...

The door creaks open. A giant hand emerges, palm open and ready. Mof places the phone in the hungry hand. It slides back into the dark room. The door shuts. Mof takes a few steps back, awaiting...something.

Edward Mof: Who the heck is Bob? That isn't some new manager, is it? Does he think I failed him?

The door slowly opens.

Edward Mof: Oh good, are you gonna...HOLY SHIT

The Wizard's phone flies from the barely opened door. Mof drops to his knees to avoid being struck. It travels down the hallway before slamming into the kitchen counter with tremendous force. Mof crawls over, snaring the phone. He searches, frantically for some answers...but the text has been deleted. We should also note the beard and hat are still attached to the phone. Very sturdy stuff.

Edward Mof: Who was that?

Mof asks, turning back around...but the door is shut and locked. Mof is left with more questions than answers.

A crumpled flyer has wormed it’s way under the door to the mostly empty room. The same room that contains our new friend Marf Swaysons. He was lost in thought, sitting on his creaky chair in the dark. The noise from the flyer brings those beautiful blue eyes back into focus.

Marf: Hello there. What is this strange, gratefully accepted distraction?

Quicker than a predator snatches the prey it spent the last several hours watching, Marf grabs hold of the odd flyer and looks it over. A slow, ghastly grin stretches out on his face.

Marf: Well now this is just crazy! Is someone trying to get me to join their rinky dink cult? Haven’t I been there and done that somewhere before?

I swear I remember even being...in charge of some such group at some point or another from what I recall...

Marf gives his head a quick shake before he winds up drifting off to wherever it is he goes. He looks back down at his hands to look at the flyer one more time. The flyer that is no longer there. Was it ever there?
