She manages to Victory Roll one of them off her, and she tries to run off but gets choked by Black who slam her near a wall. She tries to break free of this Tongan Death Grip as he applies pressure to her throat as the ref counts it.

VV walks up and punt kicks John Black off of her body double causing what is essentially a kickout.

That's right, VV has hired body doubles to parade around with fake HMW belts much like what Lacklan is doing with the Anarchy title, except here it's for reason beyond ego stroking and inability to admit defeat. VV, noticing that this body double is spent, collects the fake HMW title.
