The Longhorns should really be better then they are. They have the talent, and they had an OK coach, but they just didn't perform. Unless they were playing a top 10 team. Oh well. Hopefully Tom Herman will revitalize the program.

I think y'all should have kept Charlie String 1 more year. Really young team, and almost every game you all lost really close.

Yeah, maybe. One coaches we should have definitely kept was Mack Brown. He only had a losing season once.

Well I'm not sure if Penn State gets to leap into the Big 10 championship game now, if so and they win, should be:

Bama, OSU, Penn State Washington

I am an unabashed PSU fan so it's been a hell of a season for me. Especially since I never expected them to be where they are right now. Not sure I ever expected it with Franklin as the coach but here they are.

I'd have to say the Top Four should be:

Bama
OSU
Wisconsin if they win the Big 10.
Winner of the Pac 12 either Washington or Colorado.

That's right. If Colorado beats Washington I'd absolutely have them make a huge jump to get into the top 4. They have the 23rd ranked SOS which would be higher than everyone ahead of them sans Alabama and Oklahoma.

Clemson are frauds in my opinion.

As much as I'd love to see Penn State win the Big Ten, and I hope they do. I'd rather they win the Big Ten and not get into the Final Four. They just aren't ready to compete with the likes of Alabama yet. I do think they could possibly beat OSU again with OSU's offense being so unspectacular but they do have the guys on offense who can make big plays when need be.

Also, Louisville losing again is fantastic. Their coach is a grade A scumbag.

Also also, Mack Brown had to go, just like Les Miles had to go. Regardless of how good you are/have been, it comes a time when you need to move on. LSU should have done it at the end of last season and didn't. I'm glad Coach O is getting a full time gig because he absolutely deserves it.

I like Charlie Strong but I knew he would fail in Texas. There are certain programs where you either need to win right off the bat or have the right make up to survive the rapid booster vultures circling. Texas is one of those programs. So is Notre Dame. Look at how dirty they did Ty Willingham, a legit good guy but they are cool supporting a piece of trash like Brian Kelly.

I hope Strong catches on somewhere, hell, I hope he goes to Houston and continues the work Herman did there. Or even Purdue, they are about to invest a ton of money into their football program. Though I think Fleck is going to be their next coach.

Whoever gets Charlie Strong is going to make a great hire, maybe Oregon? Surely they're done with Helfric.

As much as I hate James Franklin for the sleezey shit he did while coaching Vandy, I'd really love to see Penn State in the CFP because I think that's a team that could pull it off, especially if they catch Colorado or Washington.
