The decrepit old walls caused a fading deterioration of scratches and pieces of fingernails that lay embedded from mindless drones clawing at their surface. The ceilings and walls were dilapidating and teetering near the point of collapsing into rubble. Which ironically worked as a simile to the human minds who wandered the place for generations. I say the word 'mind' very loosely in the terms of how it directly connects to the body, whether it be within the mental ramifications of the mind or the spiritual universe surrounding it.

We are here none the less...

Watching as a very thin and malnourished young male with long blonde hair draping past his shoulders, scrape his middle finger against the wall. He was knelt down facing the corner or the room, making his face unnoticeable in the already difficult dark shadows that flickered through the visible parts of the room. These shadows were made apparent by the moon that was somehow just outside the window. It appeared to be far too close to where it should be in relevance to the planet earth. The moon appeared to be peeking in a very odd manner, inside this very window in this very asylum.

When I say this individual was scraping the wall, I mean he was deliberately etching the tip of his finger deep into the grooves of the cement, causing the under part of the skin beneath his fingernails to bleed profusely into what looked like a pool of dark red blood that was collecting beneath his feet.

This mentally disturbed individual was not only causing physical destruction to his own body, but he appeared to enjoy doing it as well as he licked the edge of his fingers and let loose a cackling laughter after each successful word or phrase was scratched into the cement.

Dante Kyllen: "Hi. My name is Unknown Soldier."

Unknown Soldier: "Hi. My name is Dante Kyllen."

Dante Kyllen: "Hi. My name is Unknown Soldier."

Unknown Soldier: "Hi. My name is Dante Kyllen."

Two different voices began emancipating from where only one was visible. This deranged and incredibly unusual person then leans back on his knees and stares up into the ceiling. A smile crosses his face as he stares intently and focused into the ceiling above his head, as if he were seeing something that the rest of us could not...

He laughs in a very wicked and sinister tone as the cameras begin fading backwards away from the scene.




He takes a long breath before he continues to laugh again...

One long breath...

Another long and evil laughter that bellows and echoes throughout the entire room...

LOUDER!

The door flings open and a short middle aged Asian woman looking very distraught and concerned asks...

Asian Woman: "Mr. Kyllen... Are you ready for your meeting with Dr. Motz?"

Dante quickly jumps to his feet and hides his bleeding finger behind his back...

Dante Kyllen: "Yes Mrs. Wong, I'm so glad I finally made the decision to take my life back and I owe it all to Dr. Motz!"

He proclaims with beaming eyes and a large crooked smile.

Mrs. Wong: "Wait a minute? Is something going on in here that I should know about?"

Dante crosses his wet finger behind his back just in time to stop the blood from dripping down to the floor and ironically tell the lie whilst crossing his index and middle finger behind his back.

Dante Kyllen: "No Mrs. Wong... I was singing gospel hymns."

Mrs. Wong: "Well let's go, it's your final examination today you know."

Dante Kyllen: "Oh yes Mrs. Wong.... I know.... I know..."

The two walk out the door slowly as the camera fades back into the corner where Dante was stenciling his bloody finger into the crevices of the cement earlier.

The scene fades to black as the depiction of what the demented freak had marked on the wall takes us to our closing....
