David "Motherfuckin' Super Rad" Skulley, not aware enough to capitalize his own last name, also wasn't aware enough to shoot Tony with a real pistol. He actually managed to shoot Tony in the knee with a cap gun. Tony, rolling on the floor in laughter, did manage to get covered for the pin in the hilarity of the situation, but he finally composed himself and KICKED OUT.
