Did you read the rules posted at the top of the thread?

You kick out, respond, and go back and forth for however long until its judged. The X-treme title you just have to kickout for to retain. Not BS. Rules are there plain as day.

No, that's not all you have to do. That's why JJ is asking if you read the rules. Check them out at the top of the Federweight Forum, it's clearly explained. You have to outdo his TRASH TALK, which is what counts for the Federweight. It explicitly states none of the story included will count at all, other than the pin or kickout itself.

You go back and forth verbally. In your kickout, you said about two sentences worth of dialogue. No one is saying you broke any rules, you didn't break any rules, you just didn't do a good enough response.
