Fuzz On a Screen

A face comes through the static, tapping the sides of the camera.

After a few more taps, the face comes in clear, though low-quality...

As Mark Flynn.

He smiles and salutes.

"Good evening, pathetic peons that believe that since they don't sign themselves to a show they have free reign in this godless wasteland."

"AND Good evening to all of my contracted wastes of space on my show taking place on Saturday. You sad mooks who prefer the weekend to lose and watch your dreams crumble before your eyes, I again say... Good evening."

"And don't think I forgot about the Warfare roster either!"

"Good evening, Iain 'The Meltdown' Johnson and Dark Sha.... That's not the other one's name is it? Something Something? Benji or Other? Win a match and I'll remember your moniker, rookie."

"Either way. Good evening, XWF superstars."

"My name is Mark Flynn."

He takes a step back and turns so the camera can see him.

The XWF Tag Team Belt is around his waist while a paper print-out of the XWF European Championship is taped to his bicep.

"CURRENT DOUBLE CHAMPION OF THE XWF!"

He seems a little out of it...

More so than usual anyway! He turns back to the camera.

"And unlike Hickbilly, my compatriot in management, I don't need to air my dilemmas, put out stupid on-air drama to... ahem..."

"Get asses in the seats."

"No, see, 's been shifting around management, filling key spots with certain... deserving up-n-comers to try their hand at climbing the corporate ladder."

"Such swift structural sectional re-design has left yours truly..."

"MARK. F***ING. FLYNN."

"The current general manager of Impact."

"And while has already promised everyone who competes on Impact a slot in the tournament for the XWF championship."

"Let me assure you that while this tournament will come and pass."

"And let's face it, I'll be walking away with that belt soon enough."

"The reason you should be on Impact tomorrow?"

"Is that I will consider it... a personal favor..."

"Clarifying, in case you're too slow to understand."

"When I owe people favors... Good things tend to happen to those people..."

Flynn grins and salutes once more.

"As you were, Impact roster! There's only one show left before our show crumbles into dust and re-examines our contracts with a vengeance!"

He gives a thumbs up from his salute.

"Let's parade into the Hell of the unemployment line with smiles on our faces!"

The feed fizzes out.

OOC: Please send in your segments and RP via PM to me. 12 hours to deadline. It's the first show I'm part of putting together so keep frustrations to a minimum. Still haven't experienced this position's learning curve.
