Bruce is seen backstage by Thunderbolt X. Thunderbolt X grabs a sleghhammer and hits Bruce in the back of the head. Thunderbolt X carefully places the sleghammer down so one end of the hammer is pointing upwards. Bruce manages to get to his feet but is knocked to the floor by a skull crushing superkick. Thunderbolt X positions Bruce's head above the end of the sleghammerthat is pointing up. He climbs on top of the nearest and highest equipment box. He jumps off and hits a curb stomp onto Bruce, shattering his head in the process. A loud crack sound can be heard throughout the arena and there is a massive dent in Bruce's fore head..

Thunderbolt X- "I have nothing against you Bruce" "I want to enlist fear into Hero Extreme 7.9 so he accepts my Bad Medicine challenge"

Thunderbolt X pins a lifeless Bruce Blingsteen. "Loverboy" Vinnie Lane sees the pin attempt and starts counting.

Bruce pushes the mass of Thunderbolt X off of him and feels the dent in his forehead. He opens his hand out in front of himself and blows on his thumb. This action causes his head to inflate! Once he finishes, he throws the title on his shoulder.

Bruce blows on his finger until his hand becomes a giant hand balloon. He holds onto the string and flies away!
