Maverick strolled down the hall, getting ready to go to the gym to train, when he suddenly saw Bobby Zi, the X-treme Champion.

"Ah ha. The X-treme Champion. It seems Gator got lucky, he won't have to wait for me to take him out after all. This title will be how I make an impact here in the XWF."

While Bobby was looking the other way, Maverick made a mad dash towards Bobby and clotheslined him, driving him to the floor. Sensing opportunity, Maverick decided to go for the pin.
