It appears Jakob doesn't know what happened yet, as he tries to collect himself as best he can before saying, "Oh hey, ah, Ginger! How's life and, ah... stuff?"

It's easy to see Jakob is only humiliating himself by talking, as evidenced by Tim face-palming and walking off screen.

Jakob is out of breath following his rant, which causes his father to come back on screen and clap for his boy.

Bits of my flesh were bit off, and I speared someone so fucking hard into the cage wall, that I broke it down, while split my head wide open.
