Alright everyone I went through the pain staking and alcohol inducing process of updating the pic base list.

It was previously divided into 3 sections:

Staff

Alumni

Active


What I did was change the Alumni section a bit to also include people who are currently active but have done enough in my eyes to have their pic bases protected forever should they decide tomorrow that they want to retire. (If you are currently active and on this list please don't retire tomorrow or I may remove your name out of sheer pettiness.)

If there are any inaccuracies as it is entirely possible there are please kindly let me know and I will correct it immediately.

If you noticed I forgot anyone let me know.

All three groups are listed alphabetically according to pic base rather than character name because I felt like if anyone is signing up here and looking to see if their desired pic base is taken they would look based on that and not by the character names they don't know.
