The Doctor opens his eyes and regurgitates part of the hotdog and part of Peter's nose with a spew of blood all over the Senator's face.

He kicks out from the pin as the Senator climbs to his feet. The Doctor appears to tower over him for a moment.

Who the hell are you?

The Doctor then opens his mouth wide and begins explosively vomiting what looks like black tar all over a motionless, standing John Samuels.

The Doctor shrinks back down to normal size, jumps in the air and clicks his feet together while simultaneously a puff of white feathers drop from out of nowhere and cover the Senator from head to toe. The door opens behind him, but before he can exit the Doctor runs at him and uppercuts him through the ceiling.
