Maria waddles towards Morbid, she was fat now so she couldn't run as fast as she used to. When she finally catches up with him she blinks and he begins having a coughing fit. Since AIDs lived in her body now, and Morbid has AIDs, she controlled this. He falls to the ground during his fit, and Maria takes the opportunity to pin the champion.
