I'm not suggesting that the GM's be responsible for it solely, like I said a big part of that is on the wrestler, maybe not everyone wants a feud and they are cool just having random matches with random opponents, that's cool. But I do think they can help push things along, even if it's as simple as the matches they are booking. Maybe they are already doing that, I have no idea.
