I think that exchange happened in a news post or something, but when something like that happens in an RP exchange it should be scored very high in the favor of the person who caught the foolish comment and threw it back in the person's face.

There are many ways to use something like this against a person and those counters WILL be heavily scored by most judges. You could also choose to just ignore those kinds of references too because it's not like it will help the other person's case if they're mixing up your picbase with your character.
