Luca, being high as fuck as per the usual, charges up behind Radio and jams a syringe filled with only the finest heroin that $15 can buy (which isn't very quality, by the by) into Radio's neck and injects that shit into his veins. Radio stumbles around a bit, before falling over. Luca; having taken 3 syringes of that earlier, laughs and collapses on top of Radio. That ref that's always somewhere near the champ runs over and starts to count to potato or something.
