I'd like to make a STRONG suggestion here...
Remember, you have no idea who you will be teamed with, likewise that person doesn't know they're going to end up teamed with you. I can almost guarantee the person who wins this entire thing will be somebody who came in with only ONE character. Why? Because the handlers who spread themselves thin over multiple characters won't be able to put as much focus into each character as a handler who has just ONE character to throw everything into.
Remember... you MIGHT get teamed with somebody who is a low level competitor. You don't know if you're going to be teamed with somebody who can even match up to your own talent, so you MIGHT need to carry your team.
Another thing to consider is that, if you lose the match for your team (because you have multiple characters and had to spread yourself too thin) you might be costing somebody else their shot too. Somebody who is putting everything into ONE character might still lose because their partner was only able to put 50% of themselves into the match.
Keep those things in mind. Every round the teams CHANGE so you never know who you might end up teaming with. You don't want to let them down, and you don't want them letting YOU down either. Like I said this is just a suggestion, but a very strong one. You're welcome to do as you please, but if you're looking to win, I'd highly suggest focusing on one character for this tournament.
