They could still make GM mode work though, just because GMs are no where near as irrelevant in real life doesn't mean we couldn't draft pick our whole roster.

The issue with 2008 SVR was there seemed to be not enough superstars to fill three rosters. Especially seeing as ECW had as many stars as RAW and SD
