As many people know, i was behind Archie Lawson, (The account now inactive so cannot post as him).
As Mr. Madison says, running a show is not as amazing as you expect. I used to run a show, but XWF is a much larger scale. There's A LOT of work that you need to put into the show, if you don't have time don't do it.
Despite this, running a show that goes well is a great feeling. Having people telling you that they think you're doing a good job is also rewarding.
So yeah, although it's fun and rewarding, it's also hard work and time consuming. Which is why we shouldn't take for granted how much all the management team puts in week in week out.
