. By that I mean people so dumb that they can't even hold the fucking power button in for 30 seconds. I just got two tickets. One was about someone being logged into the computer and she couldn't log in cause it's already logged into. Poor window lickers doesn't know what to do. You reboot it. It isn't fucking rocket science.

The other went as follows: so and so is having problems logging into such and such application. Can you look into it? Well..no I fucking can't because you gave me NO FUCKING DETAILS YOU DUMB BITCH. Is there a fucking error? What's the error say? Does it just not fucking open?! Details. I need some fucking details.
