After the burly dude... 911.... slams him on the concrete, we see Tommy with a big clunky cell phone ala Paul Heyman smashes it on the downed champion's throat.

911:You Owe Me Tommy.

Tommy hands 911 two hundred dollars, and he pins the champion as 911 rips his shirt to revile a ref shirt as he count the pin...
