Off the top of my head maybe something around 48 hours with no response from the opponent allows another RP to go up from you. Since they're supposed to be SHORT RPs, it should be rare for someone to go 48 hours without being able to at least get something, even a 500 word RP, up on the boards to give us something to work with. I can write 500 to 1000 words in around 15 minutes and I'm sure most others can do the same or at least come close so this should be an easy format for people to pump out RPs with throughout their week regardless of work and other plans.
