Oswald kicks out, pretty easily. He takes the flag out of his ass, and climbs on top of Higgers, shoving the shit covered part of it down Higgers's throat, but not just down his throat, when he got to the two pathways, esophagus and windpipe, he'd shove the flag down and down, clogging any air intake into Higger's lungs. He then began to perform Mick Foley's finisher, the Mandible Claw, holding it there screaming in Higgers's face

"DELETE! DELETE! DELETE! DELETE! DELETE! DELETE! DELETE! DELETE! DELETE! DELETE! DELETE! DELETE! DELETE! DEEEEELEEEEEEEEEETE!"

He'd make Higgers fall unconscious. And as much as the notorious myth of Mama Cass choking on a ham sandwich, except Higgers would be asleep, and the ham sandwich in question was a shit stained American flag, clogging up his windpipe.
