My vote goes to Dolly as well. When I came back, she was the first person to catch my eye. Her promos are great, her involvement with the community is near unmatched, and she won FOUR TITLES this month! I don't think I've seen anyone rise to the top as quickly as Dolly. She's someone I'd really like to face off against down the road!

So yeah, my vote goes to Dolly Waters.
