I'm gonna go ahead and vote Dolly fucking Waters for this month. Phenomenal role-player, consistent week in and week out, won literally 4 titles this month (Did I get that right?). That "October of Waters" thing wasn't just a gimmick, Dolly was the real fucking deal this month. Shout-outs go to Chris Chaos for besting the Doc as said by Dolly, as well as Michael McBride who not only beat Ghost Tank for the Hart title, but also traded places with Dolly and is now holding the TV title.
