So, if Ophelia won it, she could name it the AsphyxiOphelia Championship and add the rule that the title can only change hands on a submission. The winner can choose to keep the stip if they wish while still adding their own. So, Luna might win it, name it the Blood Money Championship, and add the stip that submissions count anywhere. The belt cannot exceed five stips.
