Why don't we have 1.. The crown is cool but think we should consider having a.belt too. For some reason I'd rather be a champion than a king.. Maybe we could have a tournament or something. All in favor?

The King of the XWF crown IS our world title. So, it won't happen.

I like the crown. It does need to e defended more though in my opinion.

I think we already have enought titles. The crown for the top dog here at the XWF, the European and USA for each roster, the TV and X-treme titles that span across all shows and are meant to be defended under special conditions, the tag team for obvious reasons, the trio for stables and the UFO just for fun/creative purposes only. In my opinion, the titles are well balanced. No more, no less.

XWF's top title used to be the Universal Championship. We also had a World title at that time too, which actually was thought of as the secondary title and sometimes seen as questionable. We also had a short time where "The XWF Championship" was our top title and then that ran its course pretty quickly. There's always the chance we'll switch things up again in the future but for now I like having a King that is the clear top spot in the company while Madness and Warfare are represented by the European and US titles respectively (and both are geo-based)

We also have the X-treme Championship which is undoubtedly the hardest title to hold on to once you've won it... and then there's the TV title that is the hardest TO win but rather easy to retain once you are champion.

Different people can look at different titles and draw their own conclusions for what they think should be most respected and most prestigious. It's also good to see a champion try to go above and beyond, defending a lot and proving why they should be considered the top champion under the King.

I like the idea of having a King and having it defended more scarcely. It shows that there is one person that is the best, and that challengers have to work in order to be named #1 contender. If the King gave out title shots to everyone who asked for them, it would sort of lessen the significance of the title, in my opinion anyway. I see where you're coming from with the idea of having a title as well, but I think the King idea is unique and holds the most prestige.

I like the set up here for the titles and what not but I'm sure when the times come to changes things up. It will just as good as it is now, well I'd hope so xD

I love the King of the XWF Crown idea. But, what I love even more, is the idea of someone winning it, and then melting it down to make their own belt.

Actually, we're working on getting the Crown defended more regularly. He defended at the last ppv on 7/13 and he's defending on Monday. I do believe we're setting up another defense for the end of August, or early September, should Madison retain of course.

Moving forward, the King of the XWF Crown will be defended on more of consistent basis.

Yeah. The original plan back in February was to roll out a monthly PPV schedule and have the King Title be defended only at PPVs. This was when we had more GMs though. Now with such a limited number of GMs it's become difficult to put that plan into action.

So now that we've determined that our PPVs occur sporadically, I suppose that it's time for a different plan. Well, I like Duke/Heyman's idea with the "mega shows," so maybe we'll just do more of those for months where we don't hold a PPV.

I have Wargames planned for 8/28 Warfare (~sign up now!) where I plan to crown two new contenders at the King Title. The next King Title defense would then take place September 9th or 11th. So then there would be a mega show on one of those days. Then we go through another two week cool down period, and we find the next contender around September 23. After that, October 7th rolls around-- boom king match. Repeat.

The goal is to get the crown defended at least once per month going forward.
