I hope it is okay to post now. I really hope Doc has something epic cooking. I am done posting until he responds but I have been sitting on this RP for two days. I can remove it and save it for after a response if you want but I am pretty sure last one was Oct 6th at 730ish. Its been 50 hours

I don't wanna seem like a pussy by posting this and I hope it doesn't hurt me for the match, I just don't wanna piss anyone off.

If it has been 48 hours since your last post, you can post another promo. If he doesn't get another one out in 48 hours again, you can do another. Thems the rules. You can't do in two day, though. It's only one promo every 48 hours if you're 2+ over your opponent. It allows them time to make something and put out a promo. To keep people from flooding and running roughshod over their opponent.

So yeah, if you're at 3:1, wait 48 hours, you can become 4:1. Another 48 hours, you can be 5:1. So on and so forth.
