The boards are a complete mess and I'm probably missing some pretty serious or ugly errors even still, and this is after having spend many hours just to get the boards to this point.  lol  So yeah, if you notice something, post here about it.  No matter how big or small, or even if it's just something annoying you wish was different.

how can we get our old signatures back?

After the upgrade, some users' signatures were coded in such a way that they were destroying entire threads, making them completely unreadable from the point where that user's post was.  Once I figure out what piece of coding in some of those users' signatures were destroying threads, I'll restore the ability for normal user groups to have a signature.  Your old signatures MAY or may not still be saved in the system when I restore them.

Don't try and fix your signature. They're disabled for most accounts right now.

When I was attempting to convert our old layouts into our upgraded back end, the word counter was rendered useless. I tried fixing it but nothing would make it work again. That project was a failure altogether though (converting the old layouts) so I had to abandon it altogether and work on customizing the new current layout, which I have not yet tried the word counter on.

Short answer: no idea, but it will be attempted this month

We are officially fucked on the word counter.  Not coming back unless I pay to have an entirely new version made that works with the new screwy way they have javascript and some other things set up on the "upgraded" forums we now have...  and it's an incredibly complex plugin that requires editing of headers and several templates, meaning it would be very expensive to have somebody build from scratch.  :/

Maybe we'll get lucky and an alternate version will pop up soon.
