Some people have asked me how the donations have been going so I thought I'd post here for all to see.

Since I put up the donation thread on the 4th of this month, we've seen the following progress:

3 staff members have donated
2 people have donated who are NOT currently active in the fed in any capacity
0 people have donated who ARE active members (non-staff)
some of the donations were only 5 dollars (which is fine) and some were higher than that...
and since then, 100% of the funds sent by the staff and non-roster members has already been used and is gone.

As the number of individual donors increases, I will continue to update this thread so we have a good awareness of the progress and everything. My hope is that people who are active in the fed (and not already helping by working on the staff) will also begin donating as well. (to those who said you are going to in the other thread, thank you in advance, and please don't forget)

Everyone here knows that I never ask for help unless it's needed, and it took me years before I even ever put up any kind of donation link at all. If you're on the roster and not on the staff, please treat this the same as if we were in the same room and I legitimately asked you for help, because that's what I am doing... looking you in the eye and asking for your help of any amount if you honestly enjoy even 1% of what goes on here in the XWF.
