Oswald kicks out, pretty easily. He takes the flag out of his ass, and climbs on top of Higgers, shoving the shit covered part of it down Higgers's throat, but not just down his throat, when he got to the two pathways, esophagus and windpipe, he'd shove the flag down and down, clogging any air intake into Higger's lungs.
