XWF FanBase:
Some of everyone

This week I’m scheduled to face two newcomers to the XWF, Big D and Apocalypse. Some people might complain about being placed in a match like this. Others might salivate at what they would consider an easy win, not me though! Instead, I look to this match as a chance to work with some of the new talent and hopefully prepare them for the challenges that lie ahead.

Big D isn’t exactly a fresh faced rookie like myself. He’s gained some experience in the world of wrestling already, along with a fair share of title reigns to boot. Unfortunately those glory days are all but a thing of the past. The accomplishments that he seems so proud of all happened over a decade ago, and these days, all he’s been able to accomplish is a few Heavymetal and Feder wins.

I’m not crapping on him for going after those belts either. Everyone has to start somewhere, or restart in this case, but my point is, what has Big D done lately to prove that he can hang in the XWF? I’d like to challenge him to name one accomplishment that proves that his return to the ring isn’t anything more than a midlife crisis.

Seriously dude, you need to step it up if you hope to survive in the XWF! Within my first month on this roster I was a tag team champion, and more recently, I came off of an 82 day reign as the Xtreme champion. A reign that was impressive enough to earn me this!

VV raised her 24/7 case up for the camera to see.

This business is tough, you have to apply yourself fully and then push yourself to reach further heights than you ever imagined possible. If you can’t do that, you’re destined to get lost in the shuffle, and that’s anywhere. Here in the XWF, if you can’t perform at the highest level, then your career is pretty much over before it has a chance to get off the ground.

Do you have what it takes to do what most have failed at? Can you pin my shoulders to the mat at get the 3?

Or…

Maybe you plan on looking for an opportunity to pin the third wheel in this match? Our silent partner in this 3 way dance, Apocalypse. Now there’s a guy who knows how to get all eyes on him. He’s got a look that screams “I’m a star” and so little is known about him that you just can’t help but wonder what the guy’s deal is. I’m pretty sure Apocalypse hasn’t uttered a single word since he joined the company and it’s proven to get people talking. Unfortunately for him, they quit talking over the last few days. That happens when you stay silent for too long, you just sorta fade away.

Well unlike our nearly forgotten third wheel, I absolutely refuse to just fade away! That’s why I’m going to be at Warfare, and I will compete in this match, despite doctors advising that I sit this match out after that attack from Tommy Wish over the weekend. The problem with that is, running away from a challenge is not something that I’m known for, and I’m not about to start doing it now! When I held the Xtreme championship, I faced every challenge straight up. When nobody spoke up looking for a shot, I took the initiative to go out and find someone to defend against. It doesn’t matter what title you hold or even how long you hold it. A championship doesn’t make a wrestler, a wrestler makes a championship. I said that when I proudly carried the Xtreme title, and I still think so today. Look at Big D for instance. Let’s say that next week, you were gifted a shot at the Universal title instead of Ned Kaye, are you suddenly a superstar? Of course not. Sure, the title will put all eyes on you, but after that, it’s all up to you to carve out your path and decide what legacy you wish to leave behind. Are you a fighting champion who isn’t afraid of losing the belt to a worthy opponent…

HI MASTERMIND!!!

Or is your ego so fragile that you would do everything in your power to hold onto that title for just one more day?

The path I chose wasn’t the easiest, but easy doesn’t get you into the Hall of Legends does it?

So Big D, if you plan on changing your stars and trying to salvage your return to the XWF, I’d suggest you get started right here, right now. Just know that I’m not going to make it easy on ya!
