Some really good stuff right here, man. I totally dig it.
However, yeah as Frodo said proofreading is your best friend. I know I'm guilty of quite a few fuck ups in that regard, namely in forgetting a word somewhere in a sentence, lol. As for your own doubts on whether or not you're writing this character to its full potential, I'd say develop some narrative to him. Like, what does he do when not wrestling or talking about a wrestling match?
For an idea; imagine what a night on the town would be for Waylon. What's the type of company he keeps? What would he get himself into? Stuff like that. Really explore the character, and find what makes him tick. Then go nuts.
