Over the past week I've had a few different questions come my way regarding rosters, shows, titles, and what is/isn't allowed to be interchanged between shows.
To clarify, Shove It is a voluntary show WITH NO ROSTER of its own. It will have differing gimmicks and goals from time to time, and will have ITS OWN set of accolades people can reach for depending on what Madison decides to put up for grabs... (not official XWF title belts)
If you are booked on Warfare AND on Shove It during the same RPing week (or they overlap) and you no show your Warfare match, you will not like the result. I don't think this has happened, but I'm just mentioning it since the question came my way privately earlier. DO NOT get booked on both shows and then choose to no-show Warfare. We are in the process of coming up with some new ideas and directions for Warfare and we'd like as few no shows as possible.
XWF Championships belong to weekly shows with rosters, while specialty titles and accolades are going to be mainly found on Shove It. Official XWF championships are not defended on Shove It unless there's a HUGE reason to make an exception. If you're a title holder here and you wish to defend a title on Shove It, you have to:
1) Make sure any and all opponents of yours are completely in favor of defending on Shove It, and NOT a matter of you having to convince them. You both should have a strong reason for preferring the switch.
2) Once you're sure all parties in the match would be fine with it, Madison and I must BOTH approve it.
3) That was pretty easy, wow, there's no step 3 even required! :)
Keep in mind that for ME to approve an official title defense on Shove It, there would need to be some pretty incredible OOC circumstances that make me believe it's nearly impossible or completely illogical to expect all parties (in the match) to be able to appear on Warfare anytime in the coming weeks. In fact, it will almost be impossible to convince me.
One possible loophole that could result in an official title change on Shove It, is that a 24/7 title can still change hands in any match where the holder is pinned or submits. Those situations, however, DO NOT COUNT as official defenses. For example, the required number of defenses the X-treme Champ must acquire before earning a briefcase DO NOT COUNT for matches on Shove It.
If anybody wishes to avoid Warfare for personal reasons or differences with anybody who has a hand in running Warfare, that means you're not on our roster and not really a part of our title scene. You're welcome to exclusively opt in for Shove It whenever you like, but just keep those points in mind.
If we decide to make Shove It its own official show again, with its own roster, we'll be sure to announce it and let people start thinking about which roster/day works better for them.
Any questions feel free to ask.
