November RPOTM - Mark Flynn - 12-06-2021
All of these pieces were great, with the exception of that hack, Mark Flynn.
And BIG Shout-out to Jim & Main for killer work through-out and closing so fucking strong, (god damn what a promo title, haha).
But, I'm going to throw my vote to Charlie Nickles. It ain't easy putting down the #5 talent in all of e-fedding, but Charlie dun did it.
I think the LSM's father mystery kicked off (or at least was in its early stages) at the Audio Shove-It where Charlie and LSM went to the graveyard to dig up Charlie's drug stash.
It's been a fun story that Charlie has been slowly unfolding. It'll be funny when (or IF) Charlie takes a high-school spanish level 1 class and the truth dawns on him. Or maybe it never does lol.
November RPOTM - R.L. Edgar - 12-06-2021
This one is tough for me. Charlie’s story has been humming for months, and it’s continually gotten better. I think I remember the two of us being high as hell and talking a lot of what-ifs that led to this story. To see from then, to where he’s brought it now, is character development 1.0.1 - plus the trash talk is always on point.
The fucking 30 for 30 though. Easily one of the best RPs I’ve ever read here, and probably the only RP that could e combated APEX’s third….

I don't vote because I'm one of those guys who likes to be lazy and then complain about the results after the fact but Flynn's RP was a masterclass in how to verbally rip an opponents heart out and take a giant bite out of it for all to see. Dude was like a surgeon in there picking apart Apex's insides. It was a true joy to read. I know that writing like Flynn is not something easily done nor would I ever suggest anyone emulate his style but for the people that ask "how can I improve my trash talk" go bookmark that rp.
