Got the idea to make this thread because of the Game of Thrones thread briefly becoming a hotbed for television discussion.
As I said in that thread, The Americans is the best show on television at the moment and if you aren't watching it, you need to.
Currently watching Show Me a Hero, only two episodes in but as it's absolutely brilliant though I'd expect nothing less of the people involved. Oscar Isaac proves once again why he's one of, if not, the best actor to blow up in the last few years. May he have a long and prosperous career.
I'm watching both The Fosters and Burn Notice. Fosters is a pretty good story from ABC Family and Peter Paige about a lesbian couple that raises foster kids. Burn Notice is no Psych, but it's a great show from USA. Abandoned Skins after series 4 ended. Don't like the new cast.

I watch alot of shows myself. Some of the shows you guys are saying I've never even heard of tho lol. Rick and Morty for instance. Maybe I'll check it out after making this post.
The show I would consider the best show going right now is Shameless. It's got the perfect mix of drama and comedy and the acting is all phenomenal.
Homeland is another great one. Although the show can never be as good as it's first season it's still great.
The new show Vinyl is also really fucking good. It's like a Sopranos/Mad Men hybrid lol.

These are all current shows I watch at the moment.
I'm a TV nerd. I watch a ton of shows. I love game of thrones but my big favorites that I recommend to people currently are Mr. Robot and Silicon Valley. I'm not a tech guy but they both have me absolutely hooked.
Me and my girl watched The Killing a few months back and it was pretty solid. We're watching New Girl now but both losing interest.
Always sunny is really awesome too. Charlie Day is my spirit animal.
Workaholics deserves a nod too.
Daredevil is the best thing on Netflix. Just read today that The Punisher is getting its own show and that's going to be awesome. He was the best part of this most recent season of Daredevil
Also. The Path on Hulu is pretty fucking good and I don't hear anyone talking about it. Aaron Paul is fucking great

I have trouble getting into TV shows as sad as that sounds. I seem to just keep watching the same shows over and over and it's like pulling teeth to get me to watch something new...even if I liked the show.

Seriously though, both guys have been doing the lord's work on that show. Might end up beating American Crime Story for best new show of the year if it keeps going at this rate.
