I was planning to slip pretty quietly out the door, but I felt I should say something here before I do.

I'm still learning about the Engineer's career, to be honest. There's a lot I missed over the past few years. You're correct when you say his legacy is a complicated one- even from my limited knowledge, I probably wouldn't have gotten along with the guy. But anyone in this business not named Shane

or Cyren is pretty much a brother or sister in arms in a sense to me, and it's always sad to see one of them fall. I understand he had a son too, and the loss of a parent is devastating enough. He also clearly meant something to you.

I hope he rests well and I'm sorry for your loss.
