He hated the cold weather, Almost as much as he hated flying. Still he had to endure it. Business was business and things were looking up. Two jobs to take care of in one fatal swoop. It just sucked when his flight got stuck there in Chicago for three days because of the weather. Hundreds of people filled the waiting area cuddled up in blankets to help keep warm and have some sense of security.
He enjoyed being a mercenary. It gave him the excitement he craved and kept him on top of his game. He was the hired gun of the XWF in more ways than one. If they only knew half the $h!t that he had done it would send them all into shock. He didn't give a crap. He had nothing to lose and everything to gain. He was a true P.I.M.P. Which stands for Put It in My Pocket. If there was money to be made by causing others some pain then so be it.
After his plane landed at the airport in Vegas he grabbed a rental car and continued his way southwest. Soon the cold chill in the air gave way to a warmer winds that soon died down to nothing. The heat became almost unbearable as the sun beat down on him from above. Even with the a/c on in the car it still didn't seem to help. Finally he made it to Stovepipe Wells to have the car serviced and the gas tank filled up. He needed a break from driving anyway and headed into the Diner next door.
The place looked like a throwback to the fifties with the counter and old time stools that lined it. The few booths even still had the individual personal jukebox full of a bunch of crap you never heard of. At least the place looked clean and the aroma was enticing. He could sure use a nice thick double cheeseburger and an even thicker Strawberry Malt. It's never a good ideal to kill someone on an empty stomach.
After finishing his meal he drove the final distance to Death Valley and pulled into the first hotel he saw. After getting the room under a fake name he grabbed his suitcase out of the trunk and took it inside. He placed it on the bed before taking a look around. The linen smelled fresh and there wasn't a hint of foul odor to be found. The bed was made and the covers looked clean. There was a full sized bed, A TV on a stand in front of it. A dresser along one wall with a door leading into the bathroom beside it. On the other side was a small kitchen area complete with a fridge and a microwave.
He opened his suitcase and placed his clothes in the dresser. He removed the false bottom and began taking out his weapons. The .44magnum and shoulder holster. The .22 for the small of his back, The switchblade and case for his belt, And the throwing stars that slid into a secret compartment on his boots. He wasn't going to be messing around this time. Lastly he pulled out the two hand grenades for inside his leather jacket. One thing, He was always prepared for the worst. He showered quickly before putting on his 'Hired Gun' T-Shirt and a pair of dark jeans.
He put on his shoulder holster and placed the Magnum inside it. He attached the case for the switchblade to his belt and put it inside. He put the throwing stars in his leather boots and threw on his Leather Jacket with 'Come Get Some' across the back. he wasn't worried about making it back in time for his Triple Threat match against Simon Lee Nash and Michael McBride. He would be there in plenty of time. That is, As long as everything goes as planned.
First stop was the watering hole down the street. He needed a couple of drinks to steady his aim. When he walked inside the bartender made him stop in his tracks. The first thing that stood out, Literally, Were her huge breasts that she was obviously proud of. She walked up to him while he picked his tongue up off the floor.
Rose
Hey newcomer, What can I get for you? These 52 Bombers didn't shock you too much did they cutie?
Hank 'Thunder' Lane
I'll have a Jack and Coke. No, Didn't shock me at all but I must say I am impressed. Damn they look good.
Rose
Well, If you play your cards right maybe you can get a closer look. I'll bring your drink right over.
She winked at him as she turned around and walked away. She looked just as good from the back as she did from the front. Her perfectly pear shaped @$$ and her slim hips. All accentuated by her long fiery red hair and emerald green eyes. Damn she sure was sexy. It would be a shame if he had to kill her.
She brought him his drink and sat it down in front of him. He handed her a c-note and smiled as she put it in her bra. When she brought him his change he told her to just keep it and keep him full. She smiled when he told her there would be another for her at the end of the night.
There was a piece of @$$ for later if he wanted it. Only problem was, If she was that easy with just meeting him then all she was is a piece of meat. If she didn't care anymore than that about herself then she deserved whatever she got.
He thought about his match with Frodo. The kid had given him one hell of a fight and was lucky to come out with the victory. He was proud of the kid for showing some guts and standing toe to toe with him. Frodo should have a bright future ahead of him if he doesn't make too many mistakes.
Now he was going to be taking on Simon Lee Nash and Michael McBride in a Triple Threat Match. And life goes on, Win or lose. You kick your opponents @$$ and they come out with the win it's the @$$ kicking they are going to remember. Nash was quick and has some power. Using a lot of high risk moves like he was given to use always leads to mistakes.
McBride, That guy is about as tough as they come and always looking for a good fight. They don't come any tougher. Until he runs out of breath. All those brawling and power moves wear down the one using them almost as much as the victim. Hank knew that with his perfect mixture of power and technical moves he would be able to stay one step ahead of each of them until Nash made a mistake or McBride wore out.
Out of the two Nash was the one he disliked the most. The kid was nothing but a bit@# who cared too much about what others thought of him. Eventually he would learn like everyone else that the fans wouldn't win him any matches. At least McBride was his own man. He could respect that.
Rose brought him another drink and took his empty glass. She did have a way about her that almost made it worth just one time, Almost. A huge set of jugs wasn't everything. He grabbed his drink and walked over to the jukebox along the wall. Just as he figured there wasn't $h!t on there he wanted to listen to so he walked over to a table and sat down.
He pulled the photo out of the inside pocket in his jacket and watched the door. The guy came in the same time every evening right on schedule. He had money to blow on alcohol and drugs but he couldn't pay his debt. The guy had plenty of opportunities to make things right and refused to. Now his client was left with no choice except to settle things his way.
Guys like that just meant more money for guys like him. Thunder smiled as he watched the guy walk up to the bar and sit down. He even watched what the man ordered and kept track of how many he had before getting up to use the restroom. Hank timed him on how long he took before sitting back down and made a note of it. This was going to be easier than he thought.
The guy was there for approximately three hours and had seven drinks. He was feeling preety good as he stumbled out the door. Hank made a note of that also before getting up and following the guy outside. After taking down his license plate number and what type of vehicle it was he went back inside.
The bartender came running over as Hank walked to his table and began to sit back down.
Rose
Is Carl okay? He always stays until he can't drink anymore and heads home alone. I've never seen him come on to any of the females around here. Not even me, And everyone knows that I like to have fun.
Hank 'Thunder' Lane
that dude? he's okay. I seen he was pretty messed up and wanted to make sure he got out okay. Seemed to be handling it alright. Honey, Any other time and I would be more than happy to take you back to my room but I need to get some rest tonight. Maybe I will take you up on that tomorrow. Will you be here then?
Rose
Sure will. I'm here every evening. I'll be looking forward to it.
Hank finished his drink and left the diner. He returned to his room and timed how long it took. Perfect, Everything should go well. He emptied his trunk and pulled the carpet out. He would store it in the closet until he was finished. The trunk itself would be easy to wash out just in case. He opened his glovebox and took out the vial inside with the Ebola virus. He handled it carefully as he placed it back inside the container and locked it away. The time would come for that. he placed the knock out drops next to it and locked them up before retiring to his room for some sleep.
He walked into the bar about the same time the next evening. A woman of her word Rose was behind the bar and there were only a few people scattered around. Just as he had hoped it would be. He sat down at the bar for a minute and watched as Rose walked over to where he was at. She looked even better than she did the night before. Thunder would definitely have to do her before killing her.
Rose
You came back. Would you like the same as last night?
Hank 'Thunder' Lane
Hopefully even a little bit more.
Rose
I sure hope so. It could be very entertaining. If you know what I mean.
She sat his drink down and winked at him as she left to help another customer. Yep, he may not have been the first but he sure would be the last. The thought of it even turned him on. $h!t, This job sure did have it's benefits.
He spent the evening drinking and chatting with her until his target, Carl walked in. He moved back to the table he sat at the night before and watched. carl sat in the exact same spot also just as Thunder had hoped. Things were looking good. He double checked the vials in his jacket and waited. He passed the time chatting with Rose and gaining her confidence. He even walked up to the bar beside Carl and spoke with her before going back and sitting down. That way carl would be used to someone coming up like that.
When the time was right he finished the drink he was working on and emptied the knockout drug into his glass. When he reached the bar he poured the mans drink into the glass with the drug and sat it in front of him. He handed Rose the empty glass and asked for another one. He took the fresh drink and went back to his table to wait.
Right on cue Carl headed for the restroom and then headed for the door afterwards. Stumbling worse than he was before. Thunder got up and walked over like he was helping the guy. As soon as they were outside he threw the guy into his trunk and grabbed his keys. He drove Carls car behind the building out os sight and then walked back inside. Rose ran over just like he knew she would and he told her everything was fine.
He spent the next couple hours getting her messed up and as hot as she could get. He stayed as she closed up the place and walked out with her. He held the door open for her and shut it after she got in. Like a fly caught in a spiders web. He opened his door and climbed in. He pulled out a blunt while he waited for the car to warm up. He took a deep hit and passed it to her.
Rose
What is this? Pot?
Hank 'Thunder' Lane
Yeah, It's pot rolled up in a cigar paper. It gives it a hell of a kick and makes the buzz so much better.
She took a small drag and immediately began coughing it back out. He let her regain control and take another hit. She held it in for a while this time before letting it escape and handing the blunt back to him. Thunder took his turn and passed it back to her. She took another good hit and held it in her lings until they were begging for mercy. She handed it back to him and then reached up behind her neck.
She undid the top of her bikini blouse and smiled as her huge breasts stood out like two mountain peaks. He made it back to his motel in record time and took her inside. He turned on some Gucci Mane as the two of them kicked back.
Some time later he walked out with her in his arms and opened his trunk. He placed her lifeless body on top of Carls and shut the trunk. He locked the door to his room and climbed into the drivers seat. he drove to a predetermined location and parked the vehicle among some trees. He grabbed the twine he picked up at the last gas station and placed it into his pocket. He carried the bodies deep into the forest before stopping in front of a huge tree. He sat a body on each side and tied them to the tree.
He splashed water in their faces until they came around and was overjoyed at the shock and horror in thier eyes as they realized this was the end. He injected each of them with huge doses of the virus and smiled at them.
Hank 'Thunder' Lane
You will thank me for that later. You see, Once I cut you a little bit and you start bleeding out the animals will be attracted to the smell. You can only hope the disease gets you before the animals begin eating you alive. Of course, After I pour this honey on you it will speed things up a bit. You will just love the fire ants.
He left them there with their eyes blindfolded but their mouths clear so they could hear each others screams. That would teach them not to screw over the wrong people. After driving back to town he took the vehicle to the car wash to be detaiked. While they did that he walked inside and grabbed a mountain dew. It had gone even better than he expected. Now he needed to get ready for his next piece of business.
He could only hope the next adventure goes as smoothly as this one did. He popped a couple of vicodin and finished off his soda. About that time his car was finished and he was on his way. He loved the scent of a freshly cleaned vehicle. Almost like driving it off the lot for the first time.
He made it back to his hotel and changed clothes before going to the bar downstairs. He ordered a Jack and Coke along with a bottle of Bud Light. He would be celebrating tonight. At about seven thirty a young man walked up to him and held out his hand.
Mike Stone
Thunder, Good to meet you dude. My name is Stone. The Boss wanted me to bring the paperwork myself.
Hank 'Thunder' Lane
If Z-Man trusts you then so do I. have a drink and we'll go over these.
He ordered a drink for Mike and another one for himself as he opened the folder in front of him. The contracts all looked legit and pretty fair. He signed in the appropriate areas and handed the folder back to Mike.
Hank 'Thunder' Lane
Tell Z-Man I can't wait to get started. Have him watch my match this week and see how I take care of business. Nash and McBride are in for one hell of a fight. $h!t I feel good.
A few moments later Steve Sayors came walking into the bar with his cameraman in tow. He rushed over to where Hank and Mike were sitting at.
Steve Sayors
Hank 'Thunder' Lane, I've been looking for you. Hell of a match against Frodo. How do you feel about going up against Michael McBride and Simon Lee Nash?
Hank 'Thunder' Lane
Dude, Slow down a little bit before you give yourself a coronary. You know your not used to all that excitement. Michelle and Simone are about to get slapped around like a couple of b!tc#e$. I sure hope they bring their Master Cards to Italy because the doctors there don't take american express.
Steve Sayors
How do you feel about losing to Frodo?
Hank 'Thunder' Lane
Who? Oh yeah. $h!t man, That's old news. Who's to say I lost just because my arm wasn't raised in victory? I did what I set out to do and that was to give him one hell of a match. I'd say mission accomplished. You see, He thought I would be a cake walk and he would have an easy match. I proved him wrong. Just the same way I will prove to McBride and Nash that they can not defeat me.
Steve Sayors
How do you think you will do against the high flying and fast pace that Sayors uses as opposed to the ground game of McBride?
Hank 'Thunder' Lane
Good question. I think that I have a pretty good mixture of both and one way to slow down a high flyer is to take his legs out from under him. As for the brawling style of McBrider. I'm agile enough to dodge a lot of what he throws and he will wear down quickly. He's not used to the fast pace and will need breathers. Nash, He's going to end up beating himself by taking one too many of his high risk moves. I hope they listen closely because life is..........too short. Now if you will excuse me we have business to finish up. See you around.
He watched as the two of them walked back out the door before turning back to his drink. Yes, Tonight was a night to celebrate. A new beginning of another adventure. He could hardly wait for this one.
Record since return
