walks up to a podium. He looks out at the sea of XWF stars mixed with celebrities, fans, and random animals. Shane adjusts his suit tie and clears his throat.

: Tonight is the night we will find out who the TEN captains will be for round one of the Lethal Lotto tournament. Round one is going to feature five matches and each match will be a FOUR on FOUR tag match. Tonight I will release the names of the captains and then over the next few days, all captains will participate in a draft where they will choose three names to join them for round one!

Shane looks around to make sure everybody is behaving. He smells something in the air...

: Is that... marijuana???

Shane hits the blunt and blows a thick cloud of smoke into the air. Clearly stoned as fuck right now with watery, red eyes... the XWF owner holds the blunt out and passes it to I guess whoever the fuck?

After a few seconds, Shane pulls a lottery ball out of his pocket!

It would seem he has stuffed ALL of his pockets with lotto balls, each with a different superstar's name on it. Genius! Shane examines very closely the ball he just pulled from his pants. He looks up...
