Night of Ladders comes to an explosive introduction as fireworks and pyro fill the arena with a bang. ACDC comes bellowing out of the booming speakers as the London crowd erupts into cheers!
As ACDC comes to an end there is a sudden confusion as the Inspector Gadget theme starts to play through out the arena. Despite this, the fans cheer at the music and begin to sing along.
From the side of the X-Tron comes former Interim General Manager of Shove It Archie Lawson who is wearing a trench coat and is holding a magnifying glass. Strings lift him up suddenly and the top hat he was wearing suddenly grows helicopter propellers and Archie soars over the crowd to a huge cheer from the London crowd. Archie lands in the ring as a microphone sprouts from his coat and the guest general manager begins to speak.
Archie Lawson: Good evening London!
The crowd erupts.
Archie Lawson: It is great to be here tonight in my home city and the greatest city in the world. We are here at the sold out O2 Arena and it is electrifying! You will notice that the commentators box is yet to be filled tonight for our one and only match that is sure to be a match to remember! Tonight I prove why I should be the FULL TIME general manager of Saturday Night Shove It!
The crowd cheers once more as Archie smiles, gazing around at the thousands of fans.
Archie Lawson: Tonight on commentary will be yours truly and a couple of special guests who will be out here in just a moment. First of all though, I would like to discuss the one and only match of the evening! This match is going to be one of the most gruelling matches in recent XWF history! As men throw their bodies on the line to try and earn a shot at Mr Satellite's prestigious Television Championship! Tonight is the night of ladders, and the metaphorical climb to top begins with a literal climb to secure the brief case above this ring tonight that allows a Television Championship match at the user's choice. Obviously at management's discretion and not until AFTER the crown has been defended on Madness in just 8 days on what will be the most spectacular episode of Monday Night Madness in history! Now shall we get tonight's commentators for this match up out here?!
First out is the man who is on top of his game, LUCA... ARZEGOTTI!!!
The crowd bursts into jeers and boos as Luca struts out from the X-Tron, he waits at the top of the stage with a grin on his face.
Archie Lawson: And joining us at ring side, will you all please get on your feet and bow down to THE KING of XWF! John Madison!!!
Madison strolls out next and the two men head straight down the ramp to commentary where Archie Lawson sits in between the two men as all three of them put their head sets on in preparation for tonight's show.
Archie Lawson: Thank you for joining me at ring side guys, John what is that you have in front of you?
John Madison: Well I brought some chicken parm out here to see if I could tempt Peter Gilmour into coming out here for a fight, seems he hasn't got a whiff of it yet though.
Luca Arzegotti: It's good to be out here but I sure as hell hope that Pete has no intentions of entering this match up, I am not sure one of those ladders could support the body weight.
Archie Lawson: Moving on from the fat jokes, are you guys excited to see who will be competing then?
John Madison: As long as I am getting paid I will pretend to be as excited as you want.
Archie Lawson: Uhm, yes okay. Well let's get our first opponents out here!
We cut from the commercial break with Tri Bute already in the ring along with the one and only Alexandra Callaway who has just made her way to the ring. 30 Seconds to mars comes to an end and the two of them are staring down on coming opponents.
As
Sick Puppies – You're Going Down hits the ring. Sokolov walked out shadow boxing. He walks down the ramp giving the crowd high-fives and strolling under the ladders that are set out on the ramp. He gjumps onto the apron and goes between the ropes. He goes to the centre of the ring and does a combo of punches and kicks as red fireworks shoot from all four of the ring posts. He then stares up at the briefcase and awaits for his opponents to make their way to the ring.
A Day To Remember – 2nd Sucks hits the ring and the lights dim. The word FIGHT bellows out and Lennox strolls out from in front of the X-Tron and he raises his arms into the air. He stares down at Sokolov and walks beneath the ladders before leaping onto the ring apron and climbing into the ring, opposite Sokolov.
Jonny Rebel is the next to make his way to the ring. Lights go out and the music starts. Johnny comes out throws up an X symbol. Walks to the ring and sits in one of the corners Raven- style, until the rest of his opponents come to the ring.
Hunter Payne steps out accompanied by Joy as he always is despite their recent antics. They stroll down the ramp with their hands held and walks directly beneath the ladders set out on the ramp. Payne points to the briefcase and awaits the arrival of the rest of the competitors on the outside of the ring. Joy kisses Payne good luck before he slides into the ring.
Next out is the controversial Swift Ion who is returning from his recent suspension. As his music hits he jumps out onto stage, lifting his knees up high in excitement. He sprints down the ramp through the ladders and leaps into the ring through the middle rope as the rest of his opponents take a step back. Ion points to the briefcase with a smile on his face.
Wrestler 82 steps out to a mixed reaction with a grin on his face. He slowly swaggers down the ramp and beneath the ladders catching the eye of his opponents. He hops onto the ring apron and climbs into the ring joining the rest of the competitors in the ring.
Next out is Sincere Lee Wild who pouts at the top of the ramp receiving jeers and boos as she makes her way down the ramp. She waits outside the ring as the match gets closer and closer to getting under way.
Caliban enters the fray next and hops out onto stage. He runs down the ramp and joins the rest of the competitors in the ring, taunting as he does so.
Next out is Keegan-Michael Key. Peele is just behind him as they make their way to the ring. Key slides into the ring and ends up in the centre of all of the competitors. He stares around at them all and gestures for them to bring the fight to him.
Mad World hits the ring, the rest of the competitors are puzzled by the arrival of a mysterious man who they have not seen before. Paradoxica strolls down to the ring and joins the rest of the competitors in the crowded ring.
Archie Lawson: I have got to ask you guys, who do you think the favourite for this match up is? It seems too close to call to me but you have to think this favours the high fliers such as Swift Ion and Hunter Payne!
Luca Arzegotti: Have I really got to say it? Swift Ion has a hard time with inanimate objects you know Archie, let's just hope he doesn't get pinned by a ladder this time.
John Madison: We might even get to see an interference from Table.
Archie Lawson: Unlikely, John what are you doing?
John Madison: Well this chicken parm isn't going to eat itself Archie and it seems as though Pete is so afraid of me that even chicken parm can't tempt him out here.
The match gets under way and all of the competitors begin to throw flurries of punches, chops and forearms at Callaway who they clearly see as a threat. She is beaten to the floor and receives continued stomps and kicks as they try to get her completely out of this match up. Then they turn to the newest member of the XWF, Paradoxica. They begin to repeat their actions formerly on Callaway and send Paradoxica to the outside. Then they turn to one another as she is left in a mess on the outside.Caliban throws Hunter Payne to the outside and goes after him, stomping him against the barricade meanwhile in the ring Sincere Lee Wild has Rebel in a head lock. She tosses him over but is then on a receiving end of a standing drop kick by Wrestler 82 who holds his arms up high. He rolls out of the ring and goes to grab a ladder but as he grabs it he immediately drops it as he is speared to the ground by Swift Ion who then hits forearms to the skull of Wrestler 82. Lennox has Sokolov in a Boston Crab in the middle of the ring which is blatantly causing Sokolov a large amount of pain as he desperately crawls to the ropes in order to try and break the hold.
Sokolov gets dragged back to the centre though by Lennox, here comes Key though, he's on the top turn buckle. Flying clothesline to Lennox taking him out! Key sees several wrestlers brawling on the outside. He pumps his arms up into the air to signal for the crowd to get going as he sprints off of the opposite ropes and dives through the middle rope and onto Caliban, Payne, Wild and Rebel! Wrestler 82 slides into the ring now, equipped with a ladder. As he sets it up though Swift Ion is on the ring apron, he spring boards onto to the ladder joining Wrestler 82 at the top of the ladder. The two men begin to exchange punches here! Bute joins the fray.
Archie Lawson: These two men are in a tough predicament here but it could potentially lead to victory!
Luca Arzegotti: Are you kidding me Archie? It's not even set up properly, these two will be down and out before you know it!
In comes Rebel now who shoves the ladder over, sending both men flying off the ladder! The two men land with either leg on either side of the ropes. They both look at each for a moment then look down, and fall to the outside, screaming in agony whilst holding their mid-section. Rebel quickly tries to set up the ladder again but in comes Hunter Payne with another ladder, and he lines it up against the other one, runs off the ropes... he sprints up the ladder and takes Rebel out with a clothesline! The two ladders fall to the ground and both men roll out of the ring in pain after falling around 15 feet! Wild sees her opportunity, she slides into the ring and goes to set up a ladder but Caliban slides in now, and the two of them exchange a number of forearms with Wild coming out on top. She goes for the DDT and she nails it! She runs off the ropes and baseball slides him out of the ring. All of the wrestlers are bunched together on the outside now, except Wild who climbs the top turn buckle, suicide dive to the outside as she lands on the clumped wrestlers, taking them out completely! Everyone is down and out on the outside.
John Madison: To give them all credit, this match is far more interesting than I thought it would be, and this chicken parm is incredible.
Wild climbs to her feet now and she slides into the ring. She throws one of the ladders to the outside at the down and out competitors, she begins to climb the other ladder and she reaches up for the briefcase desperately, wait who's this!? Ann Thraxx! Ann Thraxx!
Archie Lawson: What in god's name is she doing out here!
Luca Arzegotti: She's out here to screw Sincere Lee Wild by the looks of it.
John Madison: Lesbian action? Where?
Thraxx shoves the ladder over and Wild groggily goes head first into the turn buckle and turns around into a Devil Lock DDT that Thraxx likes to call the Depth Perception! She plants Wild on the mat and strolls out of the ring. Wild is down and out!
Wrestler 82 is in the ring now and he tries to set up the ladder he begins to climb but in comes Jonny Rebel now who climbs the other side. They reach the top and Rebel slams Wrestler 82's head into the ladder and pulls him over the top. He's got him in an awfully odd predicament here. Out of no where! Vertebreaker! Vertebreaker off the top of that ladder by Jonny Rebel! Wrestler 82 might be unconscious here! Rebel is also down and out.
Will Matt Lennox be able to cease the opportunity. He grabs the ladder now, but in comes Hunter Payne on the chase! He's got a slightly smaller ladder. Lennox ducks the ladder shot and hits Hunter with a forearm and grabs the small ladder. He places it over Hunter, and it is stuck half way down Hunter's body. Lennox now grabs the legs of Payne! Texas Clover Leaf Submission! With that ladder crunching into the side of Payne's ribs and back! That has surely got to hurt! Lennox roars as Payne screams in agony. Joy looks on trying to get Hunter's momentum back to little avail.
Sokolov climbs into the ring and he's behind Lennox... Backstabber! High impact! This is Sokolov's chance now! Swift Ion slides in though, Sokolov ducks an oncoming clothesline and runs off the ropes and hits a flying shoulder knock! Sending Ion to the floor. Sokolov stalks Ion now. Ion reaches his feet, Sokolov Irish whips Ion across the ring and then he hits it! The Thunder Kick (Spinning wheel kick). Sokolov Red is arrogant for a moment as he roars and raises his arms into the air.
He lives to regret it though, Key slides into the ring though, as does Caliban. Caliban ducks a double clothesline though, he sees Wild getting to her feet on the outside and he dives through the middle ropes but he receives a SMASH from a steel chair by Wild. Caliban begins to ooze blood from his skull as Wild slides back into the ring. She smashes Sokolov with the chair in the ribs and then plants him with a DDT onto the chair! Blood begins to ooze from his skull as well. Wild turns though and Key now! Russian Leg Sweep onto the chair! Then he looks up high as he climbs the turn buckle. SPLAT! He hits a splash onto Wild and holds his stomach in pain. He sees Payne, Wrestler 82 and Lennox on the outside. This is unusual! Key climbs the ladder, and tilts it left, towards the outside of the ring! Oh my! Suicide dive onto the three men who stood on the outside!
Tri Bute had been mainly avoiding the action but now takes this opportunity to set a ladder up between the barricade and the ring apron before sliding into the ring with another ladder. He begins to climb, until he notices Sokolov getting to his feet and he moonsaults off the very top of the ladder and lands onto the oncoming Sokolov as both men remain down. Tri Bute is not one to go for a moonsault but he clearly has it up his sleeve! Paradoxica and Callaway exchange forearms on the outside, Callaway slams Paradoxica's skull on to the commentary desk and then straight into the barricade. She attempts to slide into the ring but is met with superkick by Tri Bute. Lennox and Rebel both slide into the ring at the same time, both equipped with ladders. Tri Bute turns around and is crunched by both ladders, the two men begin to try and hit each other with the ladders but the shots are constantly being blocked by one another. Hunter Payne out of no where spring boards over the top rope and goes for a cross body on Lennox but he is met by both ladders smashing him in the ribs and he rolls to the outside. Lennox then throws the ladder at Rebel who flies into the ropes and then out of nowhere receives a spear from Sincere Lee Wild for his troubles. Lennox goes straight for the ankle but she spins herself out of it. Wrestler 82 nails Lennox with a forearm, whips him into the corner and hits a clothesline. He waves his arms to try and get the crowd pumped up but turns as Wild goes for a Twist of Fate. Wrestler 82 spins out of that though, grabs her by her neck and slams her back onto his knee to hit a back breaker. He begins to climb the ladder but Ion slides in and sprints up the ropes now. He shoves Wrestler 82 down to the mat, and he lands on his back. Then he finishes climbing the ladder himself, he looks up at the brief case but it's slightly out of reach due to the bad placement of the ladder. He looks down at Wrestler 82 and then he hits it! 450 splash from the top of ladder!!
Archie Lawson: Dear god what a move! The damned medics are definitely going to be needed tonight!
Both men remain on the mat, and everyone else is down and out on the outside as the crowd begins to chant 'This is awesome'. Callaway slowly climbs into the ring and moves the ladder into the middle, and sets another ladder up against the turn buckle as Sokolov enters the ring, she goes to spear him into the ladder but he moves, she turns and is kicked in the gut by Sokolov and Lennox who is now also in the ring. They double suplex her onto the ladder and she screams in pain. Lennox turns to Sokolov and receives a kick to the gut and a spike DDT.
Key has the ring bell! Key smashes Sokolov in the side of the skull sending him to the floor and blood pours out of the side of his head and down his face. Paradoxica nails Key from behind and then lifts him up, and hits an atomic drop onto the knee. He then grabs him by the head and the back of the leg, fisherman suplex onto the ladder! That's got to hurt! Caliban is climbing the ladder though and no one has noticed, Paradoxica turns around... Caliban with a flying cross body! Taking him and Paradoxica out. Meanwhile on the outside, Payne is kicking Wrestler 82 in the ribs consecutively against the barricade. Wild and Callaway are exchanging forearms and cross body chops in front of the commentary desk as John Madison wipes his mouth with a tissue after finishing his chicken parm.
Hunter climbs into the ring now, and he's all on his own! He climbs the ladder, and his hand touches the case briefly and gets a grab on it but suddenly. Low blow! Joy hit a low blow on Hunter Payne!
Archie Lawson: Payne was about to win this damn match!
Hunter falls to the ground, holding his crotch. Wait a minute... Swift Ion has a ladder and he's on the top turn buckle! Moonsault onto the crowd of competitors outside! Everyone is down and out once again!
Callaway avoided the moonsault though, and she slides into the ring. She sets up a ladder! She's all on her own! Jonny Rebel slides in though, and climbs the ladder the opposite side. The two slowly exchange punches at the top. Rebel slips though, and Callaway grabs the brief case and falls to the mat! Callaway wins it! Callaway wins it! Rebel was so close!

As Callaway celebrates out of no where from the crowd LJ Havok emerges! He and Madison begin to brawl on the outside.
Archie Lawson: Things are kicking off here at Night of Ladders! The rookies are brawling on the outside with Luca Arzegotti and John Madison! Callaway celebrates.
Mr Satellite strolls out from under the X-Tron and he simply stares at Callaway who raises the brief case up in the air. The two stare at each other. Tony Santos suddenly walks out as well.
Tony Santos: Archie Lawson, am I not good enough for your commentary desk? Well I am good enough to kick your ass all over London!
Archie Lawson: Not this bastard.
The two meet in the ring and begin to exchange punches back and forth. Santos ducks a punch from Lawson and hits a superkick! Lawson drops to mat as the fans jeer!
Madison and Luca throw Havok into the barricade and flee the arena as the rest of the rookies give chase.
Shove it comes to a dramatic end!
